Coverage & Service
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and is nontransferable. Residential use only; commercial and corporate use are excluded.
Infinity determines whether a covered issue requires replacement parts, an authorized service visit, repair, or product replacement. Simple plug-and-play parts may require customer installation, with telephone guidance available. In-home service requires advance approval and authorized personnel.
During parts-only coverage, customers are responsible for applicable shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. These charges also apply to replacements issued under parts or structural coverage. Structural coverage is limited to eligible steel, welded-steel, and wood frame components.
If Infinity replaces the chair, the replacement value will not exceed the original net purchase price. Declining an offered replacement ends Infinity’s repair responsibility under the warranty.
Limitations & Exclusions
Coverage excludes damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, misuse, inadequate maintenance, electrical disturbances, power surges, drops, transportation, pets or pests, theft, neglect, and environmental conditions. Purchases from unauthorized dealers are excluded.
Normal changes in cushioning, fabric wear or fading, natural leather variations, and failures of stitching, hook-and-loop fasteners, or zippers are excluded. Loss of use while awaiting service or parts is not covered.
How to Request Service
Call ManCave Reserve at 1*918-800-1025 with your purchase receipt and a description of the issue. All repairs and replacements require advance authorization. Service options, parts availability, and response times vary. Customers are responsible for delivery and delivery costs to an authorized service center when instructed.
Shipping
Timely Delivery We ship premium man cave and recreation equipment—including massage chairs, gaming tables, arcade cabinets, and home theater projectors—within 6–10 business days for most standard orders. Customized or made-to-order products may require 10–15 business days, depending on stock availability, customization, and delivery location. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout for your convenience. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. We ship nationwide across the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. Oversized & Freight Orders For oversized or heavy items such as billiards tables, massage chairs, or arcade cabinets, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. These shipments require additional coordination, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery Assurance We are committed to ensuring every order arrives safely, on time, and in excellent condition. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on product type and condition. Note: Large items such as massage chairs, billiards tables, or arcade cabinets, as well as any custom-built products, may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance or special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
