Dropping a crate like that at the end of your driveway and calling it delivered doesn't cut it. White glove delivery means a professional crew brings it in, sets it up, and hauls the mess away.
What's Included
- Scheduled delivery window. The carrier calls ahead to book a time that works for you, no all-day waiting.
- Inside placement. Your item is carried into the room of your choice, not left in the garage or on the porch.
- Assembly and setup. The crew unpacks and assembles the item so it's ready to use.
- Packaging removal. Crates, cardboard, foam, and straps leave with the crew.
- Inspection with you present. You look the item over before the crew signs off.
What's Not Included
Delivery crews are not licensed electricians, plumbers, or contractors. Anything requiring a permit or a trade license is on you to arrange separately, including:
- Electrical hookups and hardwiring, such as sauna heaters and wired beverage coolers
- Plumbing and gas connections
- Wall mounting, anchoring, or structural work
- Removal of your old equipment, unless arranged in advance
Before Delivery Day
A little prep keeps things moving:
- Measure your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and the destination room. Confirm the item will fit the path, not just the space.
- Clear the route and the setup area ahead of time.
- Make sure an adult is home for the full delivery window to direct placement and sign off.
- Note any access issues when you order: stairs, tight turns, gated entry, narrow driveways, or elevator buildings.
