Returns & Damaged Products
Inspect the product immediately upon delivery. Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographs of the affected product and its packaging.
All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number. Eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returned merchandise must be new, unused, and include all original components and packaging.
Contact ManCave Reserve customer service within 48 hours of delivery to request return authorization. If a return is requested for inspection, the product must be sent back within 14 days.

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required.
