Returns & Damaged Products

Inspect the shuffleboard table and all components upon delivery and installation. Any visible shipping damage, missing components, or manufacturing defects should be reported to ManCave Reserve within 48 hours, accompanied by photographs of the affected items and packaging.

All return requests require prior authorization and an RMA number. Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, with return shipping the customer's responsibility. Because this is a made-to-order, oversized game table, return eligibility and any applicable conditions should be confirmed before purchase.
