Recommended Room Size
We recommend placing your golf simulator enclosure a minimum of 12-16 inches of buffer space away from the wall, behind the impact screen itself, and approximately 2-4 inches of buffer space away from side walls and ceilings. For the safety of both the golfer and the screen we recommend standing a minimum distance of 12 to 15 feet away from the screen. For safety reasons, a minimum of 16-18 feet of depth is preferable.
Caution: To decrease your risk of bounce back and greatly reduce the chances of getting hit with a golf ball do not stand closer than 10-11 feet away from the screen. Customers who stand closer may experience bounce back and increase the risk of injury.

Oversized & Freight Orders For oversized or heavy items such as billiards tables, massage chairs, or arcade cabinets, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on product type and condition. Note: Large items such as massage chairs, billiards tables, or arcade cabinets, as well as any custom-built products, may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance or special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
