Complete Care & Warranty Information
During the applicable in-home service period, Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange for covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the customer and, when necessary, arrange an authorized service provider to perform covered repairs at the customer's residence at no charge.
During the remaining 3-year parts warranty period, covered replacement parts are provided at no cost; however, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. Structural coverage applies to qualifying steel, steel-welded frame components, and applicable wood structures.
Field service is available in the United States and major metropolitan areas of Canada, requires pre-approval, and must be performed by Infinity-authorized personnel when required to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and is subject to Infinity's complete warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage or failure resulting from improper installation or use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, commercial use, electrical disturbances or power surges, accidents, transportation damage, theft, abuse, neglect, environmental conditions, or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
Normal wear—including changes in foam or padding, fabric fading, wear or pilling, natural leather markings or variations, and wear to attachment points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers—is not considered a manufacturing defect.

We ship nationwide across the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. Oversized & Freight Orders For oversized or heavy items such as billiards tables, massage chairs, or arcade cabinets, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. These shipments require additional coordination, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on product type and condition. Note: Large items such as massage chairs, billiards tables, or arcade cabinets, as well as any custom-built products, may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance or special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.
