Customized or made-to-order products may require 10–15 business days, depending on stock availability, customization, and delivery location. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout for your convenience. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. We ship nationwide across the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. Oversized & Freight Orders For oversized or heavy items such as billiards tables, massage chairs, or arcade cabinets, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. These shipments require additional coordination, and the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery Assurance We are committed to ensuring every order arrives safely, on time, and in excellent condition. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on product type and condition. Note: Large items such as massage chairs, billiards tables, or arcade cabinets, as well as any custom-built products, may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance or special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
